Passive Infrared Detectors

One of the most reliable alarm components for protecting open spaces in the home or office. These can be hardwired or wireless. Motion detectors are also available for people who have pets.

Glass Break Detectors

Activated by the sound of breaking glass. Communicates alarm to central monitoring station before intruder enters which offers an added layer of protection.

Smoke Detectors

A monitored smoke detector immediately signals the presence of smoke while automatically sending a signal to the monitoring centre, who will dispatch the fire department.

Carbon Monoxide Detectors

Detect unsafe levels of carbon monoxide, aka "the silent killer." Carbon monoxide is an odorless & colorless gas. These detectors notify you & your alarm monitoring station of the presence of the carbon monoxide.

Water Level Detectors

Often used in basements or water heater/air conditioner overflows to detect presence of water. When sensor is triggered a signal is sent to monitoring station who will notify the homeowner.

Temperature Sensors

Provide remote monitoring of temperature within a home/business. Most commonly used in farm systems or vacant homes/cottages.
